US Customer Solutions Specialist

As the Customer Solutions Specialist you will help to deliver unparalleled technical support and cutting-edge solutions to Biocair’s customers and employees in the United States, ensuring alignment with customer needs, efficient delivery, and the utmost levels of service and satisfaction.
Responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the US Operations with complex shipments and special projects when deemed necessary for US customers.
- Providing support and/or facilitating special projects at all Biocair US offices.
- Managing US customer complaints in line with the customer complaints SOP – meeting all required deadlines in terms of investigations and designing and implementing corrective and preventative actions.
- Creation of customer onboarding documentation for new customers to ensure proper hand-over to operations.
• Gathering costing/pricing for customer projects and potential customers.

- Between $75,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience

Please note this is a full time role, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday and 08:30 to 17:30 and offered as hybrid from one of our US offices at either Los Angeles (CA 90248), Raleigh (NC 27513) or Boston (MA 01801).
