Senior Logistics Coordinator

We are recruiting an experienced Senior Logistics Coordinator to join our Operations team in Beijing. This is a key on site role responsible for delivering high quality logistics and customer service solutions across international and regional operations.
Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you will work closely with customers, partners, and global colleagues to design and deliver efficient, compliant, and customer focused shipping solutions.
This role is ideal for someone with strong international logistics knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, service driven mindset.
Responsibilities will include:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to support long‑term partnerships
Act as a direct point of contact for customers, designing and coordinating tailored shipping and logistics solutions
Coordinate international logistics activities, ensuring compliance with customs clearance and brokerage requirements
Collaborate closely with internal teams including Operations, Finance, Transport & Warehouse, Sales, Business Development, Quality & Compliance, IT, and Procurement
Liaise with global offices to ensure the efficient and consistent delivery of services within the region
Accurately manage customer enquiries and orders in line with agreed business processes, service levels, and company standards
Contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes, customer experience, and service execution

In addition, you will demonstrate these key competencies:
Strong knowledge of international logistics, freight forwarding, and customs processes
Confident communicator with strong organisational and problem‑solving skills
Customer focused, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast paced and team oriented environment
CET‑4 English level or above

A competitive salary of between 13,000 and 16,000 CNY per month depending on experience

Please note this is a full time role, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (09:00-18:00) and offered as 100% on-site from our Beijing office.
This is a China based role and the right to live and work in the China will need to be established during the recruitment process.
